所有我公司以“中远集装箱运输有限公司”名称签订的合同效力不受公司更名影响，“中远海运集装箱运输有限公司”将继续履行“中远集装箱运输有限公司”签订的所有合同。
我公司自2017年1月1日起使用公司名称为“中远海运集装箱运输有限公司”的新提单，自2017年1月1日不再签发公司名称为“中远集装箱运输有限公司”的提单。
公司有关账户名称更改、发票信息更改时间我们将另行通知。
